Well balanced and highly carbonated, the Red Horse is a crisp, pale lager without the strong flavors. Corn adjuncts along with the use of Pilsner malt to give this beer a slightly grainy quality, making this German style lager into a one of a kind NM Lager.

A dark German Lager with light body and low hops. Pilsner malt with wheat and chocolate provide a roasted, smooth malt flavor balanced by German hops for a moderate bitterness.

Anti-oxidnat Sour

Pomegranate Sour / ABV: 4.4 IBU:8

This kettle soured beer Is brewed as a standard beer with hops, then by adding Ale yeast. At the end of fermentation, pomegranate and plum purée was injected into the fermented beer giving this fruited sour a striking color.
